MIT Entrepreneurship Expert in DMST attends CiC 2022 presentation

On the morning of August 06, 2022, in the Top 25 Student Selection program of the Entrepreneurial Idea Contest – CiC 2022, the Organizing Committee was honored to welcome Ms. Kimberly Fay Boucher, a director with 20 years of experience in management, technology, business, marketing and digital communication. The representatives of the Organizing Committee discussed future cooperation activities with Ms. Kimberly related to innovative entrepreneurship for Startups and students at ITP/IEC.
With experience working for many large corporations and holding high-level management positions, Ms. Kimberly will provide valuable knowledge and experience to students passionate about entrepreneurship. She has worked at Fortune 100 companies such as General Electric, General Mills and Gillette, and held management positions at Lycos, The Boston Group and Analog Devices.
In particular, Ms. Kimberly is also a co-founder of the Women’s Foundation of Boston and Chairman of Athletes Serving the Community – a non-profit organization based in Newton, Massachusetts. She has also advised many non-profit organizations such as Rosie’s Place, Jericho Road, Boston Partners in Education, Root Capital, and RTI International.
During the conversation with the Organizing Committee, Ms. Kimberly proposed to collaborate with the Swiss EP program to provide training and consultancy to students on innovative entrepreneurship for Startups at ITP/IEC. With her ability to focus on business activities and implement execution strategies, she can provide advanced ideas and support students in building and managing startups.
Entrepreneurship and innovation are currently trending and promising to bring many opportunities for young students. The activities of the CiC 2022 program have attracted the interest of many students passionate about entrepreneurship. Along with the appearance of leading experts, such as Ms. Kimberly Fay Boucher, the competition has become a place for young people to learn and exchange with experienced individuals in this field.
In addition, the program also provides students with many opportunities to access startup support resources, such as training programs, support funds, and networks of startup businesses. This will help students quickly and effectively explore and develop their ideas.
Entrepreneurship and innovation not only bring new business opportunities but also help students develop important skills such as leadership, management, negotiation, and problem-solving. These are important skills in both work and life.
We hope that the CiC 2022 program has brought many values to students and will continue to be organized and developed in the future to create more opportunities and promote the development of the startup community in Vietnam.

Sáng ngày 06.08.2022, trong chương trình bình chọn Top 25 sinh viên của Cuộc thi Ý tưởng khởi nghiệp – CiC 2022, BTC hân hoan đón tiếp bà Kimberly Fay Boucher, một giám đốc có 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý, công nghệ , kinh doanh, tiếp thị và truyền thông số. Đại diện BTC đã trao đổi về các hoạt động hợp tác tiếp theo với bà Kimberly, liên quan đến việc khởi động đổi mới sáng tạo cho Startup và các bạn sinh viên tại ITP/IEC.

Với kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhiều tập đoàn lớn và giữ các vị trí quản lý cấp cao, bà Kimberly sẽ cung cấp những kiến ​​thức và kinh nghiệm quý hiếm cho các bạn sinh viên đam mê khởi nghiệp. Bà đã từng làm việc tại các công ty Fortune 100 như General Electric, General Mills và Gillette, đồng thời giữ các vị trí quản lý tại Lycos, The Boston Group và Analog Devices.

Đặc biệt, bà Kimberly còn là người đồng sáng lập của Women’s Foundation of Boston và là chủ tịch của các vận động viên phục vụ cộng đồng – một tổ chức phi lợi nhuận có trụ sở tại Newton, Massachusetts. Bà từng tư vấn cho nhiều tổ chức phi lợi nhuận như Rosie’s Place, Jericho Road, Boston Partners in Education, Root Capital và RTI International.

Trong cuộc trò chuyện với BTC, bà Kimberly đã đề xuất hợp tác với chương trình Swiss EP để tham gia đào tạo và tư vấn cho các sinh viên về khởi động đổi mới sáng tạo cho Startup tại ITP/IEC. Với khả năng tập trung vào hoạt động kinh doanh và thực hiện các chiến lược thực thi, bà có thể đưa ra những ý tưởng tiên tiến và hỗ trợ các sinh viên xây dựng và quản lý các công ty khởi nghiệp.

Việc khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo hiện nay đang là xu hướng và hẹn hò mang lại nhiều cơ hội cho các bạn sinh viên trẻ. Các hoạt động của chương trình CiC 2022 đã thu hút được sự quan tâm của đông đảo các bạn sinh viên đam mê khởi nghiệp. Cùng với sự xuất hiện của các chuyên gia đầu ngành, như bà Kimberly Fay Boucher, cuộc thi đã trở thành nơi để các bạn trẻ được học hỏi và giao lưu với những người có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực này.

Ngoài ra, chương trình còn mang đến cho các bạn sinh viên nhiều cơ hội tiếp cận với các nguồn hỗ trợ khởi động doanh nghiệp, chẳng hạn như các chương trình đào tạo, hỗ trợ hỗ trợ và mạng lưới các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp.
